Had a nice brunch with my family. I need gluten free and I was able to order some eggs, potatoes and some greens. My server wasn’t super knowledgeable about gluten free diet (I was offered sourdough bread!) but she wanted to be helpful and listened to what I needed and answered my questions. Definitely ask questions and explain what you need. I also ordered a citrus brûlée which was wonderful and refreshing. The location is beautiful and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I came here twice recently, once with friends and another day with my bae. Both times were pretty positive and the food didn’t disappoint. I ordered the regular waffle with Nutella and fruits, which was very yummy, but nothing special. I much preferred the chicken and waffles that I ordered the second time I went (not pictured). I really liked the spicy syrup that accompanied the meal. Nothing in the vibes really stood out to me other than the outside seating with a view of the resaca. If you’re sat inside, the place is gives minimal/clean vibes. The service was fast and consistent. Both times the wait was short and we received our food quickly. I’d probably visit again just to try more of the menu options!

I posted a review here like 2 years ago? Had to take off a star because of how crazy my order looked lol. Can u believe these two are the same dish? The first made me feel loved and special, the 2nd made me feel like my mom was angry at me. I went in exactly an hour before closing, I didnt think that would effect my order much. The sauce was also super watery like just cream colored water. It tasted a bit off, but nothing to complain about. If the hour I went was the problem, I guess just go earlier?

I loved this lovely brunch!! Definitely worth eating outside if its a good day. I also enjoyed the friendly visit from one of the ducks in the pond 🤣 We got the fruit ricotta toast, the eggs Benedict, guava mimosa and the smoked salmon bagel. My favorite was the fruit ricotta toast it was just the right touch of sweetness and savory. The fruit toast changes with the fruit it is topped with one of the other options was figs. I'll be looking for that next time we go

Food was great. Lemonade was tart and fresh (prefect) not overly sweet but just enough. Everything was delicious. Good spice level and even got a fresh orange juice to go. We live in corpus and have told everyone about this place since we got back. Even planning a trip back down as an excuse to go here again!! Highly recommend.
